Based in London, England, Gareth is the Global Brand Director for Bike Shed Moto Co.

After a chance meeting with BSMC founder Dutch, at a set of traffic lights, riding his ratty old Ducati SS, Gareth began writing for the Bike Shed blog before helping out at their inaugural show in 2013. Two years later he said goodbye to a ten-year theatre career for a full-time position at Bike Shed’s Shoreditch venue. He continued writing duties alongside the design and development of the BSMC apparel range, including collaboration projects with Triumph, Indian Motorcycle, Royal Enfield, Hedon, and more. He has curated the motorcycles for the Bike Shed Moto Show since 2022.

A father of two, Gareth rides a Tenere 700 and has an ’85 GSXR750 project on the bench. He also can't take a photograph for shit.
