Basem Wasef

Basem Wasef is an author, journalist, and video producer with a passion for all things mechanical. Basem’s career in journalism has afforded him the opportunity to log tens of thousands of miles in all manner of exotica—from V8-powered motorcycles to jet-powered race cars—at some of the world’s most notorious race tracks including Le Mans, Silverstone, and the Nürburgring Nordschleife.

He has authored three books, the most recent of which is Speed Read: Supercars. Basem enjoys calling car and motorcycle-obsessed Southern California home.
